Effective Date: January 1, 2026. Applies to wildomarasphaltpaving.com and services provided by Wildomar Asphalt Paving.
By accessing or using the website at wildomarasphaltpaving.com or by engaging Wildomar Asphalt Paving for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. Wildomar Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, and related contractor services in Wildomar, CA and surrounding areas. The information on our website is for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of availability, pricing, or scope of work. All work is subject to a written estimate and signed agreement between the customer and Wildomar Asphalt Paving.
All estimates provided by Wildomar Asphalt Paving are based on information available at the time of the site visit or customer inquiry. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Actual project costs may differ from initial estimates if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen site conditions are discovered during the project, or if material costs change significantly.
No work will begin without a written agreement that specifies the scope, price, and payment terms. Verbal agreements are not binding. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes materially after the estimate is issued.
Scheduling is confirmed once a written agreement is signed and any required deposit is received. We make reasonable efforts to complete projects on the agreed schedule, but weather conditions, material availability, and other factors outside our control may require rescheduling. We will notify you as promptly as possible if a scheduled date needs to change.
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. Cancellation terms specific to your project will be included in your written agreement.
Payment terms are specified in your written project agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of estimate.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless a different payment schedule is specified in writing. Accounts past due may be subject to a late payment fee. We reserve the right to suspend or withhold work if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.
Wildomar Asphalt Paving stands behind the quality of its work. Any warranty specific to your project will be stated in your written agreement. In general, our workmanship warranties cover defects resulting directly from our installation, not normal wear, owner misuse, changes in site conditions, or damage caused by third parties.
Asphalt and related materials are subject to the effects of heat, UV exposure, ground movement, and heavy loads over time. These are normal characteristics of the material and are not covered under workmanship warranties. We recommend following any post-installation care instructions provided to you to maximize the life of your pavement.
Except as expressly stated in a written project agreement, all services and information are provided "as is." Wildomar Asphalt Paving makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is stated in your written agreement, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific outcomes related to property value, resale price, or the performance of third-party products or materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wildomar Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from services performed under any project agreement. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific project. Some states do not allow limitations on certain types of damages, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.

If a dispute arises from these Terms or from any services provided by Wildomar Asphalt Paving, we encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve it informally. Most concerns can be addressed quickly through direct communication.
If an informal resolution is not reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. Arbitration will take place in Wildomar, CA. The arbitrator may award any relief that a court of competent jurisdiction could award. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of law to prevent irreparable harm while arbitration is pending.
